| 摘 要： | 30℃下采用苦瓜、黄瓜、丝瓜饲养的瓜实蝇的发育历期分别为44.82、43.12、46.08 d,幼虫、蛹、世代历期、雄成虫寿命差异显著;平均每雌产卵量分别为878.41、895.65、806.35个,差异显著;采用苦瓜、黄瓜、丝瓜饲养的瓜实蝇实验种群的种群趋势指数(I)分别为228.39、268.70、201.59,净生殖率(R0)分别为59.2532、94.0800、48.9910,差异显著;其它生命表参数差异不显著;周限增长率(λ)均大于1,说明瓜实蝇的种群为正增长.

| Abstract: | Under 30 ℃ temperature the generation developmental durations of melon fly reared on balsam pear and cucumber,sponge gourd were 44.82,43.12 and 46.08 d,respectively, there were significantly difference among development durations of larva,pupa and generation,and the longevity of males on these three different host fruits;the fecundities of females reared on balsam pear,cucumber,sponge gourd were respectively 878.41,895.65 and 806.35 among which there were significant difference;by the technology of life table,the index of population trend(I) of melon fly laboratory population reared on balsam pear,cucumber and sponge gourd were respectively 228.39,268.70 and 201.59,net reproduction(R_0) were respectively 9.2532,94.0800 and(48.9910) among which there were significant difference; there were no significant difference among the rest parameters of the life tables;finite rate of increase(λ) were above 1,which showed the melon fly laboratory population reared on three host fruits all positively increased. |
