超临界CO_2萃取昆虫水虻油脂的实验研究

摘    要:应用超临界流体技术萃取昆虫水虻油脂成分.采用二因素三水平正交试验方案,考察温度、压力等参数对油脂萃取量的影响.结果表明,萃取压力25MPa、温度40℃、时间3h及体积流量(26±3)Lh-1为本试验最佳参数组合,油脂萃取量最多.影响油脂萃取量的主要因素是压力.

Abstract:The extraction of the oil from stratiomyiidae by supercritical fluid technology was proposed in this paper. Orthogonal test design of two factors and three levels was used to detect the effects of the parameters such as temperature and pressure on the weight of extraction. The results indicated that the better technological parameters were 25 MPa of pressure, 40℃ of temperature, 3 hours of time, and (26±3) L·h -1 of the volume flow rate and under those conditions the highest weight of extraction could be obtained. The major factor affecting the weight of extraction was pressure.
