溴菌腈·多菌灵混剂对柑橘炭疽病的防治效果

摘    要:分别以孢子萌发法与菌丝生长法测定了5种配比的溴菌腈与多菌灵混配剂对柑橘炭疽病菌的毒力.结果表明,各种配比的混配剂都有增效作用,其中以溴菌腈∶多菌灵为3∶4的混配制剂增效作用最显著,孢子萌发法和菌丝生长法的共毒系数分别为268.7、293.4.田间防治试验,按溴菌腈∶多菌灵为3∶4制成的35%溴菌腈·多菌灵混剂WP药后7-21d防治效果达81.6%-91.4%,比25%溴菌腈WP和50%多菌灵WP的防治效果分别提高10%和20%-30%.

The effect of the mixture of carbendazim and bromothalonil on citrus anthracnose disease
Abstract:The toxicities of the mixtures of carbendazim and bromothalonil were determined by mycelium growth and spore germination of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz. The result showed that 5 kinds of mixtures had different synergisms, of which the mixture of bromothalonil ∶ carbendazim = 3∶4 was the most significant with the co toxicity cofficient of 268.7 on mycelium growth and 293.4 on spore germination. The result of field trial indicated that the control effects of 35% carbendazim and bromothalonil WP increased by 10% and 20%-30% respectively, compared with that of 25% bromothalonil WP and 50% carbendazim WP after being applied to citrus anthracnose disease for 7-21 d.
