| 摘 要： | 采用正交试验法 ,对苏云金芽孢杆菌高毒力菌株 TS1 6进行了摇瓶发酵培养基筛选试验 .结果表明 ,不同原料对发酵液毒力的影响相差很大 ,在几种培养基组分中以鱼粉对发酵液的影响最大 .试验所得的最佳培养基组合为 :黄豆饼粉 3 2 g· L- 1 、玉米粉 1 4g· L- 1 、花生饼粉 3 2 g· L- 1 、鱼粉 1 4g· L- 1 、蛋白胨 4g· L- 1 、酵母 6g· L- 1 、Fe SO4 · 7H2 O 0 .0 4g· L- 1 、Zn-SO4 · 7H2 O 0 .0 8g· L- 1 .

| Abstract: | The optimization experiment of medium of shaking flask fermentation of Bacillus thuringiensis TS16 strain was conducted by the orthogonal design. The results were as follows: the effects of agricultural by products on the fermentation liquids were different, fishmeal was the most effecient substrate for Bt; by orthogonal design experiment, the best medium formula was got, which was: defatted soy flour 32 g·L 1 , corn meal 14 g·L 1 , defatted peanut flour 32 g·L 1 , fishmeal 14 g·L 1 , peptone 4 g·L 1 , yeasts 6 g·L 1 , FeSO 4·7H 2O 0.04 g·L 1 and ZnSO 4·7H 2O 0.08 g·L 1 . |
