摘    要:测定了毛蟹、黄旦、铁观音、肉桂和福鼎大白茶5个茶树品种上假眼小绿叶蝉成虫3种抗药性相关酶系,即谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)、羧酸酯酶(CarE)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的活性及其分布.黄旦、福鼎大白茶上假眼小绿叶蝉成虫的GSTs和CarE活性较高、AChE敏感性较低,其他3个品种的GSTs和CarE活性较低、AChE敏感性较高;各种酶活性分布也存在一定程度的差异.说明茶树品种对假眼小绿叶蝉的个体分化及抗性的产生有影响.

Abstract:The activities and their frequency distribution of glutathione S-transferases(GSTs),carboxylesterase(CarE),acetylcholinesterase(AChE) from adults of tea leafhopper,Empoasca vitis Gthe(Homoptera: Cicadellidae) feeding on 5 tea varieties were determined.The adults of E.vitis feeding on Huangdan and Fuding Dabaicha have higher GSTs and CarE activities,and then lower AChE activities than adults feeding on other 3 tea varieties;the frequency distribution of enzyme activities is different to a certain extent.It is revealed that there is correlation between tea varieties and pesticide resistance of E.vitis.
