籼型三系杂交稻生育期的遗传分析

摘    要:采用加性—显性遗传模型,对籼型三系杂交稻生育期性状的遗传特性进行研究.结果表明:生育期性状由加性效应基因和显性效应基因共同控制,狭义遗传率(h2N)和广义遗传率(h2B)的估计值较高且均达极显著水平;生育期的3个性状均具有极显著的正向群体平均优势和负向的群体超亲优势,且3a表现基本一致,表明F1代生育期主要受恢复系影响;不育系的加性效应预测值多数为负值,恢复系的遗传效应值多数为正值,F1代的显性效应预测值多数为负值.

Genetic analysis of the growth stage in three-line indica hybrid rice
Abstract:Genetic analysis of the growth stage in three line indica hybrid rice was conducted on three year experimental data by using additive dominant genetic model. The results indicated that genetic expression of growth stage were mainly controlled by both additive and dominant effects. Predicted value of heredity was significantly high. All the three traits for growth stage had significant positive heterosis over mid parent based on population means and negative heterosis over better parent based on population means. Most of estimated genetic effects in sterile lines were negative value, and sterile lines had effects on their F1 offspring to shorten their growth stage. The fact that most of the restoring lines had positive estimated values indicate that they contributed to prolong growth stage of their F1 offspring. Most of predicted dominant effects in F1 were significant negative values. It showed that their growth stage of F1 offspring was mainly affected by restoring lines. 
