春播菜用大豆生育期、农艺性状与品质性状的典范相关分析

摘    要:对 9个春播菜用大豆品种的生育期、植株形态、荚粒形态、产量性状、品质性状 5组变量进行典范相关分析.结果表明:产量性状与品质性状之间没有找到相关显著的典范变量;其余变量之间均存在相关极显著的典范变量;各对典范变量之间起主导作用的性状因子不尽相同.影响品质性状的生育期性状组合中,出苗至结荚天数与籽粒可溶性糖含量呈正相关,而与籽粒可溶性蛋白含量呈负相关;出苗至鼓粒天数与籽粒异黄酮含量呈负相关.影响品质性状的农艺性状组合中,结荚高度与籽粒可溶性糖含量呈负相关;茎粗、一次分枝数与籽粒淀粉含量呈负相关;荚长与籽粒淀粉含量呈正相关;粒长与籽粒异黄酮含量呈正相关;粒宽与籽粒淀粉含量、可溶性糖含量呈正相关.影响产量性状的生育期性状组合中,出苗至结荚天数与单株鲜荚数呈正相关,而与单株鲜粒重呈负相关.影响产量性状的农艺性状组合中,株高、一次分枝数均与单株鲜荚数呈负相关;荚长与单株鲜荚数、单株鲜荚重呈正相关;荚宽与单株鲜荚数也呈正相关.

Abstract:Canonical correlation analysis of growing period, plant morphology, pod and seed morphology, yield and quality characters was conducted in 9 spring vegetable soybean varieties. The results indicated that there was no significant correlation of canonical coefficient between yield and quality characters, but there was significant correlation of canonical coefficient among other characters. The character factor of paying major affection was different in the different canonical coefficient group. In the combination of affecting quality characters there was positive correlation between days from emerging to fructification and content of soluble carbohydrate, but there was negative correlation with soluble protein and with content of isoflavone. There was positive correlation between fructification height and soluble carbohydrate, there was negative correlation between stem diameter, first branch and starch content, there was positive correlation between pod length and starch content, content of isoflavone. There was positive correlation between seed diameter and starch content, soluble carbohydrate content. Moreover, in the growing period combination of affecting yield characters there was positive correlation between days from emerging to fructification and number of fresh pod in a plant, but there was negative correlation with seed weight in a plant. In the agronomic character combinations of affecting yield characters there was negative correlation between plant height, first branch number and number of fresh pod in a plant, there was positive correlation between pod length and number, weight of fresh pod in a plant, and there was also positive correlation between pod width and fresh pod number in a plant.
