授粉处理对琯溪蜜柚粒化过程中果皮若干生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:以琯溪蜜柚未授粉的自交果和授粉的杂交果果皮为材料,研究果实粒化过程中授粉处理对果皮细胞膜透性、膜脂过氧化作用等生理生化指标的影响.结果表明:随着果实成熟,自交果汁胞粒化指数和果皮相对电渗率逐渐上升,膜脂过氧化产物(MDA)逐渐积累,同时保持在较高水平;过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性较高;而还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和抗坏血酸(AsA)含量则较低.相反,杂交果的汁胞粒化指数随着果实成熟变化不大,在果实成熟粒化过程中,其果皮相对电渗率较低,维持较低的POD、CAT酶活性和MDA含量,保持较高的AsA和GSH含量.因此,授粉处理能减轻琯溪蜜柚果实汁胞粒化;较大的果皮相对电渗率、较高的果皮MDA含量与琯溪蜜柚汁胞粒化有关.

Abstract:Effects of pollination on cell membrane permeability,lipid peroxidation of pericarp and their relations to the development of juicy sac granulation in pummelo Citrus grandis(L.) Osbeck cv.Guanxi-miyou] at the stage of granulation were investigated.The results showed as follows: the index of juicy sac granulation in fruits of apomictic 'Guangxi-miyou' pummelo tree was higher with longer fruit granulation time(from August 8 to October 8).So were cell membrane permeability of pericarp and accumulation of pericarp′s lipid peroxidation,in the meantime,the pericarp maintained higher cell membrane permeability,activities of POD and higher contents of CAT,while AsA and GSH were lower in the pericarp.Whereas,there was little change of index of juicy sac granulation in fruits of hybridized pummelo tree during granulation time(from August 8 to October 8);the cell membrane permeability,activities of POD,CAT,and MDA content were lower respectively,while AsA and GSH were higher.Therefore,pollination could reduce intensity of granulation of Guanxi-miyou pummelo,and rise in cell membrane permeability of pericarp,accumulation of MDA were closely related to juicy sac granulation in Guangxi-miyou pummelo fruits.
