甘蔗二点螟幼虫的空间分布型和抽样技术

摘    要:甘蔗二点螟幼虫空间分布型测定结果表明:(1)频次分布检验为负二项分布和核心分布;(2)聚集度指标测定为聚集分布;(3)m~*—m 的线性回归方程为 m~*=0.290 9+1.330 8m,属于最普通的聚集分布(负二项分布).在分布型调查和研究的基础上,文中比较了植保上常用的4种抽样方式的精度;计算了田间调查的理论抽样数,描述了 Kuno 种群序贯抽样的模型:T_=1.290 9/(D~2-0.330 8/n).

Abstract:The paper determines the spatial destribution pattern of the larvae of millet borer. The results arc as follows:(1)It belongs to the negative binomial distribution and contagious distribution by means of test of frequency distribution.(2)It falls under the pattern of the ag- gregated distribution by the use of determing aggregation indices.(3)The linear regression equation of m~*-m is m~*=0.290 9+1.330 8 m,so it belongs to the most common aggregated distribution(or negative binomial distribution).Based on the investigation and study of the spatial distribution pattern,four common sampling methods in plant protection were compared,and the sampling number of field survey was calculated in the paper.Kuno model of the population sequential sampling was described:T_n=1.2909/(D~2-0.3308/n) where,T_n=the accumulated mumber; D=the allowable error;and n=the sampling num- ber.
