| Abstract: | According to the rural energy planning in Pingtan County, we analyzed the character of resource and consume, and the effect of energy shortage. For these reasons, it is necessary and impossible to develope the rural energy. Then we illustrated the calculated method and results of the requirement of the rural energy in Pingtan County, and raised the countermeasures of utilization and development of energy. |
