摘    要:对从牛蒡中提取菊糖的工艺条件进行了研究.在提取过程中,通过单因素法分析了几个主要因素———料液质量比、微波提取功率和提取时间、水提取温度和提取时间对提取率的影响.在单因素的基础上,通过均匀设计法对微波辅助提取牛蒡菊糖的工艺条件进行了优化,得到的最佳提取工艺条件为:料液质量比1∶35、微波提取280 s、95℃热水提取15 m in,提取率可达93.6%.

Abstract:Some main factors including ratio of solid to liquid,microwave power,microwave exacting time,water exacting temperature and time were studied by using single factor analysis method.The optimal processing conditions of extraction of polysaccharides were obtained by uniform design as follows: ratio of solid to liquid 1∶35,microwave extracting 280 s,water extracting temperature 95 ℃ and extracting duration 15 min,under which the extration ratio of inulin was 93.6%.
