上海青残留乐果的去除方法

摘    要:比较水浸泡、洗洁精浸洗、臭氧处理、光照等不同处理方法对上海青Brassica campestris L. ssp. Chinensis (L.) Makino]上乐果残留的去除效果.结果表明,在pH值为11的水中浸泡30 min,乐果残留的去除率为61.43%;用含0.05%完美芦荟蔬果洁净剂的水浸洗30 min,残留去除率为63.22%;通臭氧30 min的水浸泡30 min,去除率达46.28%;100 W高压汞灯照射60 min,去除率达61.55%.各种方法对乐果农药残留都有不同程度的去除作用.

Abstract:Different methods,including water rinsing,detergents rinsing,ozone and photo treatment,were used to remove the dimethoate residues in Brassica campestris L.ssp.Chinensis(L.) Makino.The degradation efficiency of dimethoate reached 61.43% after the B.campestris was dipped in pH 11 water for 30 min.And a removing rate of 63.22% was obtained when the contaminated B.campestris was treated with the detergents for 30 min.The removal rate reached 46.28% and 61.55% when the contaminated B.campestris was treated with ozone-saturated water for 30 min and treated with 100 W high pressure mercury lamp for 60 minutes,respectively.
