姬松茸深层发酵产物对小鼠消化吸收和特异性免疫的影响

摘    要:分别将姬松茸发酵液按13%、25%、37%质量比与鼠料混匀、制粒后饲喂小鼠,测定其脏器指数、小肠绒毛高度和固有膜厚度、小肠吸收功能和牛血清白蛋白抗体滴度等指标,探讨对小鼠消化吸收和特异性免疫的影响.结果表明:与对照组相比,剂量组脏器指数、小肠长度及重量呈上升趋势(P>0.05);高剂量组小肠绒毛长度提高22.51%(P<0.05),中剂量组固有膜厚度降低7.06%(P<0.05);高、低剂量组的小鼠血清D-木糖浓度分别提高15%和13.78%(P<0.05);各剂量组的牛血清白蛋白抗体滴度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).以上说明5-6周龄小鼠日粮添加姬松茸深层发酵产物可促进肠道发育,提高消化吸收能力,提高特异性免疫水平.

Abstract:In the experiment,mice were fed with submerged fermentation products of Agaricus blazei Murill(ABM) for 37%,25% and 13% three additive levels,respectively.By measuring the indexes of mice organs,the intestinal development in terms of alvine absorbing,villous length and lamina propria depth,as well as the level of IgG for Bovine serum albumin,effects of ABM as additive on immune function and digestion-absorption for mice were investigated.Comparing with control group,results showed that the organ indexes of mice and their intestinal development in additive groups were improved to some extent(P>0.05),the average length of intestinal villous of mice fed with 25% of additive was significantly increased by 22.51%(P<0.05) and the depth of their lamina propria was reduced by 3.98%(P<0.05).The D-xylose concentration in serum of mice fed by high and low dosages was 15%(P<0.05) and 13.78%(P<0.05) higher than the control respectively.Moreover,the average IgG level of Bovine serum albumin from the mice in all additive groups was significantly enhanced by 65.77%(P<0.05).In conclusion,additive of submerged fermentation products of ABM in the feed of 5-6 weeks mice enhanced gut development,digesition-absoption and specific immunity.
