小球藻对水体氮磷的去除效率

摘    要:在小球藻液中分别添加不同含量的氮磷溶液,研究小球藻净化氮磷的能力.结果表明,氮磷组合含量不同对小球藻吸收氮磷有一定影响,小球藻对氮磷的吸收随着培养时间的延长而逐渐升高.氮的去除率在70%左右,磷的去除率在60%以上;对NO3-的最大去除量为1.10 g.L-1,最大去除率为87.6%;对PO34-的最大去除量为0.28 g.L-1,最大去除率为100%.

Abstract:Different concentrations of N and P were designed to study the adsorption ability of N,P by Chlorella vulgaris.The results showed that different combinations of N,P concentration could take certain effect on adsorption of N,P by C.vulgaris.The adsorption of C.vulgaris to N,P increased gradually with the prolonging of culture time.The removal rate of nitrogen was about 70%,while that of phosphorus was more than 60%.The maximum removed content of NO~-_3 was 1.10 g·L~(-1),with a rate of 87.6%.The maximum removed content of PO~(3-)_4 was 0.28 g·L~(1),with a rate of 100%.
