| 摘 要： | 通过采前化学药剂叶面喷施法对采后原料蔗品质变劣的效应进行研究，结果表明，甘蔗采收前叶面喷施Ｎａ２ＳｉＯ３、ＣｏＣｌ２、ＭｇＣｌ２可控制原料蔗的蔗糖转化．在贮存期间蔗茎蔗糖分、纯度、蔗汁直接旋光度高于对照，而还原糖分、无机磷含量、酸性转化酶活性均低于对照，尤以抑制剂Ｎａ２ＳｉＯ３、ＭｇＣｌ２处理的效果最佳．本文还对化学药剂应用的可行性和局限性进行了讨论．

| Abstract: | The effects of chemicals sprayed on the leaves before harvest on the quality deterioration of post harvest sugarcane were detected in this paper.The results showed that the sucrose inversion could be controlled by spraying Na 2SiO 3, CoCl 2 and MgCl 2 before harvest. During the period of storage, the stalk sucrose content, juice purity and juice direct Pol were higher than those of the controll, but the reducing sugars,the content of inorganic phosphorus and the activity of acid invertase were lower than those of the controll.The effects of Na 2SiO 3 and MgCl 2 were better than the others .The feasibility and limitation in application of chemicals were also discussed. |
