香蕉叶片组织细胞结构和生理特性与耐寒性的关系

摘    要:1987-1988年对福建香蕉主栽品种天宝蕉、台湾蕉和柴蕉的叶片组织细胞结构进行观察和若干生理指标测定.结果表明耐寒性较强的柴蕉叶片角质层细胞层数较多,角质层厚度+栅状组织厚度/叶片厚度比天宝蕉和台湾蕉高,但海绵组织厚度/叶片厚度则较低.前者叶片膜脂不饱和脂肪酸含量、不饱和脂肪酸指数、越冬前淀粉含量、越冬期可溶性糖、束缚水含量以及束缚水/自由水比值均高于后两者.供试3个栽培品种的耐寒力为柴蕉>天宝蕉>台湾蕉.叶片组织细胞结构和上述生理指标可作为鉴别香蕉耐寒力的指标.

Abstract:The tissue structure in leaves of 3 major banana cultivars(Tianbao,Taiwan and Chaijiao)in Fujian Province was observed and their biochemical characteristics were tested during 1987-1988.The results showed that the number of layer in cuticle cell,thickness of (cuticle+palisade)/mesophyll in the leaves of Chaijiao,a cold tolerance cultivar,were higher than those of Tianbao and Taiwan,but thickness of spongy/mesophyll of the former was lower than the laters.The content of unsaturated fatty acids,index of unsaturated fatty acids, starch content before overwintering,soluble sugar content,percentage of bound water and bound water/free water ratio during overwintering period in the former were higher than those in the laters.The order of cold tolerance of 3 major banana cultivars was Chaijiao, Tianbao and Taiwan.The tissue structure in leaf and above biochemical characteristics may be the criteria of cold tolerance of banana.
