化学处理对平茹菌糠蛋白质及有机物瘤胃降解率的影响

摘    要:用4只安装永久瘤胃瘘管的山羊,采用4×4完全拉丁方设计研究化学处理对平茹菌糠的干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)及中性洗涤纤维(NDF)癌胃降解率.结果表明:(1)不同组菌糠的DM、CP及NDF在瘤胃中的降解规律均能较好地符合Mertens的数学模型dp=a+b(1-e-kb(t-l))(R2>0.9);(2)苛性钠碱化处理组菌糠的DM、CP及NDF动态降解率(p)和潜在降解部分(a+b)分别提高8.37%、6.75%、13.44%和10.52/、8.89%、3.35%(P<0.05);(3)尿素氨化组菌糠的DM、CP及NDF动态降解率(p)分别提高3.87%、6.64%、7.43%(P<0.05)及DM的潜在降解部分(a+b)提高4.7%(P<0.05);(4)复合处理组菌糠的DM及NDF动态降解率(p)分别提高5.18%、9.68%(P<0.05)及DM的潜在降解部分(a+b)提高4.71%(P<0.05).

Abstract:Four goat fitted with ruminal cannulas were used in a 4×4 Latin square design to determine in situ degradation characteristics of dry matter(DM), crude protein(CP), and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) of all waste substrate of Pleurotus ostratus (WSPO). Results are as follows: (1) the degradation pattern of DM, CP and NDF of four WSPOs were fitted with the dp=a+b (1-e-kb(t-1)) (R2>0.9). (2)The NaOH treatment increased (P<0.05) effective degradabilities(p) and potentially digestible fraction (a+b) of DM, CP, and NDF (8.37 %, 6.75 %, 13.44%, and 10.52 %, 8.89%, 3.35 %, respectively). (3) The urea treatment increased (P<0.05 ) effective degradabilities(p) of DM, CP, and NDF (3.87%, 6.64%, and 7.43%, respectively) and potentially digestible fraction (a+b) of DM (4.70%). Combination of urea and NaOH treatment increased (P<0.05) effective degradabilities(p) of DM, and NDF(5.18%, and 9.68%, respectively) and potentially digestible fraction (a+b) of DM (4.71%).
