摘    要:以不同浓度的Hg2+和Cd2+处理水稻,对其叶肉细胞进行透射电子显微镜观察,发现随着Hg2+和Cd2+浓度的提高,叶肉细胞中细胞核、叶绿体、线粒体受毒害逐渐加重;表现为叶绿体被膜受损,类囊体遭到破坏,细胞核核膜破裂,核仁消失,线粒体被膜结构受损,内嵴逐渐解体.结果表明:Hg2+比Cd2+对水稻叶肉细胞超微结构的破坏作用稍强;Hg2+和Cd2+对细胞器的毒害作用是整体性的;水稻叶肉细胞线粒体是对Hg2+和Cd2+毒害作用较敏感的细胞器.

Abstract:The rice plants were treated by Hg~(2 ) and Cd~(2 ) with different concentration respectively and their mesophyll cells were observed under transmission electron microscope. Ultrastructural observation showed that toxic effects on cell nucleus, chloroplast and mitochondria were gradually increasing with the increasing concentration of Hg~(2 ) and Cd~(2 ); Their manifestations were that chloroplast membranes were injured and thylakoids were damaged; Nuclear membranes were splitted and nucleolus disappeared; Mitochondrial membranes were also injured and mitochondrial cristaes were gradually degraded. It was indicated that the toxic effects of Hg~(2 ) on ultrastructure of mesophyll cells were stronger than those of Cd~(2 ); Their toxic effects were integrative and mitochondria of rice mesophyll cells were the most sensitive organelles among them.
