敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯及其混剂对小菜蛾的毒力与药效

测定了敌敌畏与高效氯氰菊酯对小菜蛾的毒力 ,并筛选了 2种药剂的最佳复配比例 .结果表明 :敌敌畏与高效氯氰菊酯按 39∶ 1的比例复配 ,增效作用最为明显 ,共毒系数达到 4 0 5;综合考虑药效、成本等因素 ,确定 2 0 %混剂 (19.5%敌敌畏 +0 .5%高效氯氰菊酯 )是可行的配比 .田间试验也表明 ,2 0 %混剂乳油对小菜蛾的防治效果高于 80 %的敌敌畏乳油 ,与 5%的高效氯氰菊酯乳油相当

Toxicity and effects of dichlorvos,alphacypermethrin and their mixture on diamondback moth

Toxicity of dichlorvos and alphacypermethrin to diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella (L.), was determined and the optimal proportion of their mixture was screened. It was found that the synergism was the most significant when the proportion of dichlorvos to alphacypermethrin was 39∶1, and the co toxicity coefficient was 405. Based on the effects and costs, 20% mixture (19.5% dichlorvos plus 0.5% alphacypermethrin) was proved to be feasible. In the field trial to control diamondback moth, effect of 20% mixture EC was higher than 80% dichlorvos EC and equaled to 5% alphacypermethrin EC.
