2012年油料和食用植物油市场分析及2013年展望

国内油料生产徘徊不前，而食用植物油需求继续增长，2012年中国油料、食用植物油进口同比大幅增加。受临储政策支撑，国产油菜籽价格在临储价格附近趋稳，豆油和棕榈油价格低于2011年同期，菜籽油和花生油高于2011年同期。2013年国内油料、食用植物油进口量仍可能保持较高水平，国内食用植物油价格仍将跟随国际油脂价格震荡运行。随着南美大豆即将丰产上市，全球油料、食用植物油供求偏紧格局将略有缓解。在全球经济发展缓慢的背景下，预计2013年国际油料、食用油价格或将在高住继续弱势震荡。

Analysis of Oilseeds and Edible Vegetable Oils Market Situation in 2012 and Its Prospect in 2013

Domestic oilseeds production has been stagnant, while the edible vegetable oils demand continued growing. The import of oilseeds and edible vegetable oils in China in 2012 was up sharply. Supporting by temporary storage policy, the domestic rapeseed prices stabilized near temporary storage price, soybean oil and palm oil prices in 2012 were lower than the same period of 2011, while rapeseed oil and peanut oil prices in 2012 were higher than the corresponding period of 2011. The import of oilseeds and edible vegetable oils in China may still maintain at a high level in 2013, the edible vegetable oils prices will continue following international vegetable oils prices to oscillate. With the South American soybean high yield coming into market, the tight relationship of supply and demand of global oilseeds and edible vegetable oils will ease slightly. Under the circumstance of slow development of the global economy, it is expected that the prices of international oilseeds and edible vegetable oils will continue weakly oscillating at high levels.
