| 摘 要： | 在国家确保主粮安全的粮食政策下，小麦作为中国的主粮品种，市场供求形式总体呈现平稳或略为宽松的势头，但统计数据显示，受消费结构和消费习惯影响，2013年11月和12月的面粉需求较正常月大幅提高。而从2013年小麦市场走势来看，进入11月，小麦市场供需明显增加，市场价格也将面临选择，但2014年春节前价格难以出现大涨行情。

However, statistical data showed that the flour demand in November and December of 2013 rose sharply, affected by consumption structure and habit. From the wheat market trends in 2013, after entering November, supply and demand of wheat showed a significant increase and the market before 2014 Spring Festival. price would also face a choice, but not surge too much |
