| Abstract: | China＇s agriculture and rural areas development made a historic breakthrough under the guidance of national polic over 35 years, while the current rural reform and development confronted new situations and contradictions. Rural areas reforms of the Communist Party of China Central Committee＇s Decision on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms, adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, made the important strategic deployment and put rural areas reforms to a new starting point again. The author interpreted several major issues on rural areas reforms in eight aspects. |
