未来中国农业科技创新人才队伍建设探讨

党的十八大提出了创新驱动发展战略,要求加快推进以科技创新为核心的全面创新。阐述了农业科技人才在创新驱动现代农业发展中的新使命,结合中国农业科技人才队伍现状,探讨了制约科技人才创新的因素,分析了新时期农业科技创新人才队伍建设面临的新形势和新任务,从加大创新激励、发挥市场带动、加强人才培养、营造良好环境等角度,提出了推进农业科技创新队伍建设的措施建议。

Discussion of China＇s Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Talent Team Construction in the Future

The eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China brought the strategy of innovation-driven development, and required that we should accelerate the innovation that take scientific and technical innovation as the core in an all-round way. Combining with the status of agricultural science and technology talent team in China, this paper expounded the new mission of agricultural science and technology talents in innovation-driven modern agricultural development, discussed restriction factors of innovation of science and technology talents, and analyzed the new situation and new tasks faced in the construction of agricultural science and technology innovation talent team in new period. At last, the paper brought some measures and suggestions on promoting agricultural science and technology talent team construction, from the perspective of increasing innovation incentives, playing the market leading, strengthening personnel training, creating a healthy environment, and so on.
