速生杉木甲基丙烯酸甲酯改性及材性研究

摘    要:采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)对速生杉木Cunninghamia lanceolata进行改性处理,试验结果表明:MMA单体在杉木中的渗透性好,改性后的杉木密度增加,且密度分布均匀;当密度增加率为60%时,木材力学性能最好,抗弯强度提高6.37%,端面硬度提高90.77%,顺纹抗压强度提高36.62%;改性材尺寸稳定性得...

Abstract:Fast-growing Chinese-fir was modified with the methyl methacrylate(MMA).The result showed that the permeability of Chinese-fir was excellent with MMA;the mass of modified Chinese-fir increased obviously and the uniform of density profile was better than expected.When the rate of density-gain was 60%,bending strength,hardness of cross section and compressive strength parallel to gain of wood increased by 6.37%,90.77% and 36.32%,respectively.Modified wood dimensional stability improved.Oven drying shrinkage o...
