摘    要:以4个花生品种为材料,对比研究其全生育期叶片光合特性及光合生理指标的变化规律.结果表明:(1)4个花生品种全生育期叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)及叶面积指数(LAI)的变化规律大致相似,均呈先升后降的趋势.差异分析表明,HY16在生育中后期具有较高的Pn、Tr以及较大的LAI.(2)4个花生品种叶片叶绿素含量均呈先降后升再降的趋势,峰值均出现在结荚盛期.除花针期外,其他时期各品种间差异基本达到极显著水平(P0.01).(3)4个花生品种叶片可溶性糖含量均呈先升后降的趋势.其中HY22在结荚初期达最大,而LH12在结荚盛期出现峰值,且在这2个时期分别都极显著高于其他品种(P0.01).说明不同花生品种光合产物向籽粒中运转的时期有所不同.(4)整个生育期4个花生品种Pn与Tr呈显著正相关(P0.05),但与叶绿素和可溶性糖含量相关性不显著.
