摘    要:【目的】研究外源性褪黑素(MLT)和脂多糖(LPS)对鸭生长性能及免疫功能的影响。【方法】随机选用80只28日龄健康山麻鸭,平均分成4组,包括对照组、MLT组、MLT+LPS组和LPS组。试验过程中测定山麻鸭体质量和采食量,并于试验最后一天(第50天)进行采样和采血测定生化、生长相关激素等指标。【结果】与对照组相比,LPS降低了山麻鸭生长性能,MLT提高了山麻鸭生长性能,但差异不显著(P0.05);LPS使血清中胰岛素样生长因子、甲状腺素水平下降(P0.05),MLT显著提高了血清生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子和甲状腺素水平(P0.05);LPS使胸腺指数下降、脾脏指数上升(P0.01)。观察组织切片发现,LPS使胸腺、肝脏和脾脏出现一定程度的损伤,而MLT组无明显损伤;LPS显著提高了血清谷草转氨酶活性(P0.05),MLT显著降低了谷草转氨酶活性(P0.05),提高了血清白蛋白含量(P0.05)。【结论】LPS降低山麻鸭生长性能和免疫功能,MLT对LPS刺激引起的生长缓慢和免疫功能下降等机体损伤起到缓解作用。
