蓝光对黄化小麦幼苗NO-3吸收及硝酸还原酶活性的影响

摘    要:研究了蓝光对黄化小麦幼苗NO-3吸收,植株NO-3含量及叶片硝酸还原酶活性的影响.结果表明,蓝光促进幼苗对NO-3的吸收,提高幼苗中的NO-3含量及硝酸还原酶活性,其作用均比红光和白光强.蓝光可能通过促进幼苗对NO-3的吸收和转运并增大NO-3代谢库而提高硝酸还原酶的活性.

Abstract:The effect of blue light on the enhancement of nitrate reductase and nitrate uptake in etiolated wheat seedlings were examined. The rate of nitrate uptake was higher in wheat seedlings treated with blue light than those treated with red or white light. On continuous illumination for 24 hours,blue light had more effect on increase of nitrate reductase activity and nitrate content in the leaves of wheat seedlings than red or white light. The effect of blue light on nitrate reductase activity may be achieved through increasing nitrate uptake and enlarging the metabolic pool size of nitrate.
