| 摘 要： | 本文对香港猪肉市场(包括生猪及冻猪肉)的需求、供应、进口来源和价格进行较详细经济分析。研究结果表明;猪肉的需求不断上升,而本地生产的生猪不及总供应量的二成。进口的生猪和冻猪肉均以来自中国内地占绝大部分:生猪和冻猪肉近年的价格变动不大,来自中国内地的生猪和冻猪肉的价格均较低,文章对中国内地的生猪及冻猪肉出口存在问题作了分析,并提出改进意见。

| Abstract: | In this article the pork market (including live pigs and frozen pork)in Hong Kong is analysed thoroughly from three aspects,viz. 1. the demand and supply of pork in Hong Kong;2. the source of live pigs and frozen pork imported 13. prices of pork. Preliminary study showed that the demand for pork was continuously rising ,and the local production of live pigs could only supply less than twenty percent. Live pigs and frozen pork from inland China shared the major portion of the Hong Kong market. The prices of live pigs and frozen pork did not change much in recent years. However,both the prices of live pigs and frozen pork from inland China were comparatively low.The problems of exportation of live pigs and frozen pork from inland China were analysed. In conclusion,suggestions were made to improve the export of these agricultural products. |
