欧洲鳗鲡与日本鳗鲡的染色体组型比较

采用ＰＨＡ体内注射法，以肾组织为材料，结合扫描电镜研究，对区洲鳗鲡、日本鳗鲡的染色体组进行了比较，结果是：欧洲鳗鲡２ｎ＝３８，中部着丝点染色体为６对，近中部着丝点染色体为３对，端部着丝点染以体为１０对，染色体总臂数（ＮＦ）为５６，ｔ３染爸体上有随体。日本鳗鲡２ｎ＝３８，中部着丝点染色体数为５对，近中部着丝点染色体为５对，端产着丝点染色体为９对，染色体总臂数（ＮＦ）为５８。对欧洲鳗鲡、日本鳗鲡的染色

Comparison of Karyotypes of Anguilla anguilla and Anguilla japonica

The karyotypes of Anguilla anguilla and Anguilla japonica have been determined form thekidney cell by the method of PHA pericardial cavity injection in vivo. The chromosmes were studied bythe combination of scanning electronic microscopy(SEM). The results showed that the diploid chromo-some numbers of Anguilla anguilla and Anguilla japonica are the same of 38(2n = 38), the metacentric,submtacentric and telcenteic chromosomes of Anguilla anguilla are 6, 3, 10 pairs and Anguilla japonica5,5,9 pairs respectively. The total chromosomes arm count of Anguilla anguilla and Anguilla japonicaare 56, 58 respectively, There is a satellite in t3 chromosome of Anguille anguilla. The comparison ofkaryotypes of Anguilla anguilla and Anguilla japonica can provide the basis for classifying them andstudy the relationship of their systematic evolution.
