摘    要:缺素试验表明,缺镁促进芥蓝叶片内硝酸盐的积累,缺乏其它元素则减少硝酸盐的积累缺素亦影响硝酸还原酶活性,缺氮、磷、钾、钙均抑制叶片的硝酸还原酶活性,缺镁促进硝酸还原酶活性氮、磷、钾、钙、镁用量适宜,过氧化物酶活性较低缺乏其中任何一个元素均提高了芥蓝叶片的过氧化物酶活性

Abstract:The result showed that nitrate salt was increased in the leaves of Mg-deficient plants, but reduced when the other nutrients were deficient. Nitrate reductase(NR) activity was inhibited in the leaves of N,P,K and Ca-deficient plants,while promoted in Mg-deficient plants.If an optimal application of N,P,K,Ca and Mg was made, peroxidase(POD) activity was at a low level,but increased when any nutrient was deficient.
