加减四黄素口服液治疗仔猪腹泻临床研究

笔者封加减四黄素口服液中试品，开展仔猪腹泻疾病中常见的白痢病、水肿病和弧菌痢疾等高度致死性肠道传染性疾病的临床应用研究。结果表明：1．34日龄败血型水肿病：加减四黄素口服液组与四黄素口服液对照组的有效率分别为86．7％和80％，治愈率分别为80％和50％，治愈率提高30％，效果显着；2．13日龄肠炎型白痢：加减四黄素口服液组与四黄素口服液对照组的有效率均为100％，治愈率分别为90％和30％，治愈率提高60％，效果非常显着；3．8周龄猪弧菌性痢疾：加减四黄素口服液组与四黄素口服液对照组的有效率均为100％，治愈率分别为90％和70％，治愈率提高20％，效果显着；因此，加减四黄素口服液的临床治疗仔猪腹泻性疾病效果比四黄素口服液显着。

Research on the clinical veterinary effect of the Jia-jian Si-huang-su oral solution to treat the diarrhea piglets

The clinical veterinary effect of Jia-jian Si-huang-su Oral Solution （JJSHSOS） from the semi plant had been investigated against the diarrhea piglets such as the white diarrhea, edema disease of piglet and treponema hyodysenteriae. Results indicated that： （1） The effective rates of the treatment of edema disease for JJSHSOS＇s high dosage group and Si-huang-su oral solution （SHSOS）＇s group were 87.5% and 80% respectively, the cure rates were 80% and 50% respectively, and the curing rate had obviously raised to 30%; （2） The effective rates of the treatment of white diarrhea for JJSHSOS＇s high dosage group and SHSOS＇s group were the same 100%, the cure rates were 90% and 30% respectively, and the curing rate had obviously raised to 60%; （3） The effective rates of the treatment of treponema hyodysenteriae for JJSHSOS＇s high dosage group and SHSOS＇s group were the same 100%, the high cure rates were 90% and 70% respectively, and the curing rate had obviously raised to 20%. So JJSHSOS has the clinical veterinary effects to treat the diarrhea piglets better than Si-huang-su oral solution.
