闪式提取淡竹叶总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:目的]采用正交试验方法优选出闪式提取法提取淡竹叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件。方法]称取3.0 g淡竹叶粉末,选取料液比(g/ml)、闪提时间(s)、闪提次数、浸泡时间(min)为4个考察因素,每个因素选取3个水品,采用正交试验法对淡竹叶总黄酮进行提取,从中确定最佳工艺条件。结果]最佳提取工艺条件为料液比为1:40,提取时间为40 s,提取次数为2次,浸泡40 min。结论]采用闪提法对淡竹叶总黄酮提取,其省时、节能、高效的优点,为淡竹叶的开发利用提供了高效的新方法。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to optimize the procedures for flavonoids ex-traction from of Lophatherum gracile. Method] The powder of L. gracile leaf (3.0 g) was weighed and extracted fol owing an orthogonal design including the solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction times and soaking time at three levels. Result] The optimal parameters were solid-liquid ratio at 1:40, extraction time of 40 s, extraction times of two times and soaking time of 40 min. Conclusion] Smashing tissue ex-traction of flavonoids is rapid and efficient, which provides a new method for the development and utilization of L. gracile.
