摘    要:重金属特别是重金属镉的污染对水稻的生产安全构成了威胁。总结了水稻对镉的吸收、分配和积累规律及近年来对大米的安全控制技术的研究进展,以期为大米的安全生产奠定基础。

Abstract:Heavy metal pol ution, especial y cadmium pol ution, has threatened the safety production of rice. The research advance on law of absorption, distribution and accumulation of cadmium in rice and on recent safety control technology of cadmium in rice grain was summarized in this paper. We hoped to lay a foundation for the safety production of rice.
