摘    要:目的]探索一种收集野生油茶地蜂(Andrena camellia Wu)的方法。方法]在前人研究的基础上介绍了一种用PVC管材收集油茶地蜂的装置。结果]利用不同规格的PVC管材制成的巢管选择在油茶地蜂羽化出巢的前期或初期可收集到一定数量的野生油茶地蜂。在几种不同直径的供试PVC管材巢管中,无论从巢管的营巢率还是从单个巢管的平均营巢数来看,都是直径相对较大的巢管收集野生油茶地蜂的效果好。结论]为实现油茶地蜂种群的成功迁出提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to discuss a method of collecting wild Andrena camellia.Method] Based on previous researches,an equipment made of PVC pipes was introduced to collect A.camellia.Result] By means of nest pipes made of PVC pipes with different sizes,a certain number of wild A.camellia were collected in early emergence stage.In addition,larger nest pipes made of PVC pipes collected more wild A.camellia from the aspects of nesting rate of nest pipes and average nesting number of single nest pipe.Conclusion] The study could provide theoretical foundation for the successful emigration of wild A.camellia.
