摘    要:目的]分析木薯单爪螨在云南的潜在分布区。方法]研究在WorldClim提供1950-2000年的气象数据和木薯单爪螨的生物学数据以及该虫的已知分布地信息的基础上,利用Maxent和ArcGIS软件对木薯单爪螨在云南的适生性进行了研究。结果]结果表明:在云南,木薯单爪螨的适生性分为4级,其中西部和东部地区处于最佳适生区,包括思茅、临沧、保山、怒江、迪庆、曲靖和文山地区。结论]本研究明确了木薯单爪螨在云南省的适生性,为科学制定我国针对木薯单爪螨的检疫政策和措施、防止该木薯单爪螨入侵和进一步的扩散等提供了理论依据和技术支持。

Abstract:Objective] This study aimed to analyze the potential geography distribution of M.tanajoa in Yunnan.Method] The suitability of M.tanajoa in Yunnan was studied in this paper using Maxent and ArcGIS,based on the biological data and known distribution of M.tanajoa,and meteorological data from years of 1950-2000 in WorldClim.Result] The results showed that there were four levels of suitability assessment of M.tanajoa in Yunnan,in which western and eastern areas are in the most suitability,including part areas of Simao,Lincang,Baoshan,Nujiang,Diqing,Qujing and Wenshan areas.Conclusion] The potential geographic distribution of M.tanajoa in Yunnan defined in this paper constructed the theory basis and technical support for scientifically forming of quarantine policy and measure for M.tanajoa in China.
