微波辅助提取霍山石斛多糖的研究

摘    要:目的]运用微波辅助提取技术提取霍山石斛多糖,并对工艺条件进行优化。方法]通过单因素实验研究了微波提取霍山石斛多糖过程中物料粒度、提取次数、提取时间、微波功率和料液比对多糖得率的影响;采用正交设计研究了影响多糖得率的关键因素,并与传统回流提取比较。结果]所有单因素在水平较低时对石斛多糖得率影响较大,水平越高影响越小;正交分析筛选出微波法提取霍山石斛多糖的最优工艺为:提取4次,每次40 min,微波功率550 W,并验证了提取次数对多糖得率有显著影响。结论]微波辅助提取能够提高霍山石斛多糖的提取效率,为开发新的霍山石斛多糖提取技术打下基础。

Microwave Technique for Polysaccharide Extraction from Dendrobium huoshanense

Abstract:The effect of material granularity, extraction times, extraction time, mi-crowave power and solid-liquid ratio on the yield of polysaccharide of Dendrobium huoshanense in microwave-assisted extraction was discussed through single factor experiment. The key factors in polysaccharide extraction and the advantages over the traditional extraction method were studied based on orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the influences became unobvious with the promotion of the fac-tor’s level. The orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal factor in the mi-crowave-assisted extraction was that the sample was extracted for four times with an extraction time of 40 min under 550 W. Al these results would lay a founda-tion for exploring a new method for the extraction of polysaccharide from Dendrobi-um huoshanense.
