甘薯β-胡萝卜素和干物质积累动态及相关分析

摘    要:利用3个红心甘薯品种为研究材料,分别测定栽插后60、75、90、105、120和135 d的块根β-胡萝卜素含量、干物率等16个经济性状指标,研究甘薯块根β-胡萝卜素和干物质积累的动态变化及其与主要经济性状的相关性.研究表明:3个甘薯品种的块根β-胡萝卜素含量的动态变化因品种不同而表现较大差异,但都在120 d后表现出明显的含量下降现象,而3品种的块根干物率的动态变化相似,都表现为“波动变化型”.与15个经济性状指标的相关分析表明,3个品种的β-胡萝卜素相对含量与块根干物率和光合指标都没有显著的相关性,与其他性状的相关性则因品种差异而表现不同.

Abstract:Using three orange-fleshed sweetpotato varieties as experimental materials,16 economic traits at 60 d,75 d,90 d,105 d,120 d and 135 d after planting were measured,so as to revealing the dynamic variations of β-carotene and dry matter accumulation in roots and their relationships with economic traits in orangefleshed sweetpotato.The results showed that the dynamic variations of β-carotene accumulation in tubers varied hugely among different varieties.Interesting,the βcarotene content of all three varieties showed a significant decrease after 120 d,while the dry matter content of them performed a similar "fluctuation-type".Correlation analysis indicated that β-carotene content of three orange-fleshed sweetpotato varieties had no significant correlation with dry matter content and photosynthetic parameters,but the correlation with other economic traits also varied among varieties.
