| 摘 要： | 借助钻石模型,从生产要素、需求要素、相关行业和支持行业、企业战略、机会因素和政府因素等6方面出发,详细分析了广西种业的发展现状和核心竞争力,明确了广西水稻种业在自然及科技要素、企业战略、政府政策方面具有一定优势,在需求要素、生产成本、基础设施和相关行业方面表现劣势,并针对性提出了提升竞争力的相关对策.
