摘 要: | 茶多酚是茶叶中多酚类物质的总称。茶多酚具有抗氧化能力强,无毒副作用,无异味等特点。热应激引起氧化应激,使动物抗氧化力和免疫力的降低,从而严重影响动物生产性能。茶多酚通过清除有害自由基,提高机体内抗氧化酶的活性,从而达到降低肉鸡的热应激反应。

Regulatory Mechanism of Tea Polyphenols on Heat Stress in Animals |

Abstract: | Teapolyphenols are the generic term of polyphenols in tea. Tea polyphe-nols are non-toxic and odorless with high oxidation resistance. Heat stress causes oxidative stress, which impairs the capacity of antioxidant defense system and im-munity, thereby seriously affecting the production performance of animals. Teapolyphenols could reduce heatstress response in animals by scavenging harmful free radicals and increasing the activities of antioxidant enzymes. |
