| 摘 要： | 新型职业农民是农村人力资源开发的重要途径,是解决"谁来种地"、"如何种好地"的关键问题。新型职业农民培训中政府和市场各具优势,既要发挥政府在培训中的主导作用,更应通过市场机制,发挥市场在新型职业农民培训中不可或缺的重要补充作用。本文总结了"市场+"驱动型典型农民培训模式及其特点,并在借鉴国内外农民培训经验的基础上,探索了促进我国新型职业农民培训实现路径。

| Abstract: | To cultivate new professional farmers is a key way for rural labor devel-opment, resolving existing problems such as how to farming. It is notable that gov-ernment and market take advantages in training of new professional farmers. There-fore, it is necessary to guarantee government and market playing the roles. The re-search explored market-oriented farmer training model and the characteristics and in-vestigated training routes for new professional farmers. |
