| 摘 要： | 加强研究生思想政治教育工作是研究生人才培养的基础环节。构建研究生思想政治教育满意度模型,对研究生思想政治教育现状进行计量分析,结合沈阳农业大学研究生院的工作实践,从教育内容、导师育人、社会实践和研究生组织等方面对研究生思想政治教育进行优化,将有利于提高研究生思想政治教育的满意度。

| Abstract: | Post-graduate ideological and political education is the basic link in achieving the overall goal of postgraduate talent training.Through an empirical analysis on the status quo of postgraduates’ satisfaction on ideological and political education in Shenyang Agricultural University,we attempted to set up a satisfaction model of postgraduates on ideological and political education in the hope of optimizing the education through the angles of the teaching content,tutors’ guidance,social practice and post-graduates’ organizations.The model is ultimately intended to increase the satisfaction level of students on the ideological and political education. |
