| 摘 要： | 高等教育国际化背景下,提高研究生的跨文化交际能力已成当务之急。依据跨文化交际能力的相关理论,从认识、知识和行为三个测量维度,对南京农业大学非英语专业研究生的跨文化交际能力进行了调查和分析。实证研究的结果表明：学生跨文化交际能力的总体水平不高,能力的发展不均衡。为此需要在教学中强化研究生的交际意识,完善研究生的知识结构,提高研究生的实践技能。

| Abstract: | The higher education internationalization makes it urgent to improve non-English major graduate students＇ intercultural communicative competence（ICC）.Based on the related theories and research dimensions of ICC： opinion,knowledge and behavior,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the ICC of non-English major graduates of Nanjing Agricultural University.The empirical result shows the subjects＇ inadequacy and imbalance of ICC.In view of the existing problems,we need to strengthen graduates＇ communicative awareness,perfect their knowledge composition and improve their practical skills. |
