协同创新视阈下高校提高教育质量的实践与探索——以甘肃农业大学人才培养模式为例

当前,我国高等教育已由"精英化"转向"大众化"。与此同时,在发展过程中也产生了一些问题和不足,集中反映在影响人才培养质量与水平的各个方面。由规模发展转为提高质量应成为高等教育进一步发展的必由之路。高校应通过构建新型人才培养方案、搭建新型实践育人环境、创建校园文化氛围等方式全面提升教育质量。

On Quality Higher Education Under the New Perspective of Collaborative Innovation： A Case Study of Gansu Agricultural University

At present,higher education has been changed to mass education from elite education in China,and,in the meantime,problems have emerged,which affect the quality of talents cultivation.To transfer scale development to quality improvement is the only way-out to sustaining the quality of higher education.University should comprehensively raise its education programs to a higher level and quality through setting up new talent training schemes and creating new talent training culture and campus culture.
