| 摘 要： | 大学生全面发展既是大学生自身发展的需要,又是社会发展的需要。近年来,随着高校办学规模的不断扩大,人才培养出现了一定偏差,相对全面发展的要求存在一定差距。南京农业大学的实践表明,高校必须确立促进学生全面发展的教育理念,建立促进学生全面发展的机制和制度,搭建促进学生全面发展的平台,营造促进学生全面发展的校园文化氛围,才能实现教育培养的终极目标。
