高校教师教学质量评价工作新探

摘    要:教师教学质量评价工作由于受评价的体制、主体、指标、组织、政策等因素的影响,使得评价结果得不到普遍认可。改革与加强教师教学质量评价工作需要坚持"三为主"的基本原则,即在评价标准的制定上,体现学术为主的原则;在谁来评价上,体现以学院、学生为主的原则;在评价结果处理上,体现以激励为主的原则,这样教师教学质量评价工作才能走出困境,从而有效发挥它在教学质量管理中的杠杆作用。
