摘    要:"工学研融合"是高职院校产学研结合的具体操作实践,也是技术技能型人才培养的有效路径。江苏畜牧兽医职业技术学院紧扣现代畜牧业发展要求,重新审视了人才培养目标,系统构建了"工学研融合"人才培养模式并付诸实践,有效提升了学生技术技能水平以及实践创新能力。

Abstract:The "Work-Study-Research Integration" Talent Training Pattern is a practical attempt to realize the goal of combing work, study and research in the educational program of vocational colleges. It is also an effective channel for the effective education of technical and skillful talents. To meet the needs of modern animal husbandry development, the JAHVC redefined the talent cultivation goals and objectives, systematically constructed the "Work-Study-Research Integration" Talent Training Pattern and applied it to the educational practice, which led to a higher technical skills and practical abilities on the part of students.
