国内外大学排行榜的相关性分析——基于2010年国内40所高校在四大排行榜中位序的实证研究

摘    要:以国内40所高校在英国职业与教育资讯机构QS亚洲大学排行榜及国内三大排行榜中的位序及位序波动分析为基础,运用SPSS统计分析软件对QS亚洲大学排行榜与国内三大排行榜进行相关性分析,结果表明,尽管国内外四大排行榜的指标体系不尽相同,但QS亚洲大学排行榜与国内三大排行榜之间存在显著的正相关关系,而国内三大排行榜之间也存在极为显著的正相关关系。多元化的评价指标体系更能反映高等教育多元化的现实,要客观地反映一所大学的综合实力必须进行多维评价结果比较。

Abstract:Based on the sequence and ranking fluctuations of China's forty domestic universities both in QS Asian university rankings and the three domestic ones,a correlation analysis on the QS Asian university rankings and three domestic universities' rankings is carried out by the means of software SPSS.The results shows that although the index systems of four universities' rankings are different,there is a positive correlation between QS Asian university rankings and that of the three domestic ones,and there is also an extremely significant positive correlation among the three domestic ones.The evaluation index system of QS university rankings shows a new evaluation perspective,but the room for improvement still exists.The multiple evaluation index systems reflect the reality of higher education diversity better than that of single ones;therefore,to objectively reflect the comprehensive strength of a university,a comparative analysis of multi-dimensional evaluation is prerequisite.
