| 摘 要： | 目前各高校开展的大学生职业生涯规划指导工作一般采用以学校为主体的单一式模式。这种指导模式因师资力量配置不充分、学生主体缺失、教学形式单一而效果甚微。鉴于此,在原有单一式模式基础上,提出一种新型的、以学生为主体的交互式职业生涯规划模式。通过两种规划模式的相辅相承,有效地实现了大学期间职业生涯规划工作的战略落地。

| Abstract: | The single model of university as main body is commonly employed in the university students career planning guidance in most universities.This model is ineffective due to insufficient teacher configuration,absence of students main body,and monotonous instruction.A new interactive career planning model was proposed with the students as main body as a supplement to the traditional single model for better result of university students career planning. |
