| 摘 要： | 分散式校外毕业实习已成为我国毕业实习的最主要形式,在跟踪管理基础上构建一个有效的毕业实习调控机制,是确保学生毕业实习质量的必要手段。基于多年来土地资源管理专业推行的毕业实习校内外＂双导师＂制实践的基础上,就校外毕业实习调控机制构建的目标、内容及配套制度保障上进行较为系统地论述,提出要构建一个有效的毕业实习调控机制,必须强化校内指导老师的责任心、保证信息沟通途径的畅通、正确选择实习单位和加强实习管理的制度化和规范化建设。
