| 摘 要： | 1989年后,中东欧的私立高等教育发展迅速。保加利亚私立高等教育发展集中反映了这一大趋势。通过研究其私立高等教育发展的背景、现状及特征,可以管窥保加利亚私立高等教育发展的全貌,并从可持续发展的角度,提出其私立高等教育发展面临的一系列挑战。
